SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs vary based on your selected shipping method. Offered at a flat rate per service, shipping costs are as follows:

Standard: R79 for orders below R799; free for orders over R799.

Expedited: POR.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

When your order is ready, it will be packaged and shipped via one of our trusted partners. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking numbers only once your order has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping times provided are a guideline, not a guarantee, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays that are out of our control. Here's what you can expect:

Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days

Maximum Delivery Period: 30 days from payment receipt.

If we anticipate any delays beyond the estimated delivery time, we'll notify you. You'll then have 7 days from the notification to decide whether you want to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we'll refund you the full purchase price.

We do not accept cancellations for orders that are delayed by any unforeseen circumstances or failure to meet your desired delivery date.

Unforeseen Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or other issues beyond our control. If this happens, we'll keep you updated and do our best to resolve any issues.

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of our shipping partner. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier service. While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to high order volumes, custom designs, or unforeseen courier issues. FREAKFLAG's delivery obligation is fulfilled when we hand over the product to the address you provided. After this point, we are not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the product.

IMPORTED PRODUCTS:

For imported products, alt clothing, patches, and pins, delivery times can vary depending on the product's source. Each product on our website has its own estimated delivery time, typically listed on the product page. Here's what to expect:

Estimated Delivery:

 As listed on each product page (typically between 24 hours to 2-3 weeks depending on the supplier). The time to deliver your full order will depend on the slowest shipping item in your cart.

Tracking Information:

Some imported items may be shipped without a tracking number. If tracking is important to you, please email us before placing your order to confirm whether tracking is available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation and reference number as proof of shipment.

Customs and Duties:

Occasionally, we address imported orders to our office to help mitigate high tax charges for you. Any duties or taxes applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays:

We do not accept cancellations due to delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Imported items from countries like China or Japan may take longer than the estimated delivery time, and we ask for your patience.

Shipping Insurance:

While we insure your order, delivery is not always guaranteed. If you haven't received an item within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately. After this time, our shipping insurance lapses.

This Shipping Policy outlines the process, costs, and responsibilities associated with shipping products internationally through FREAKFLAG. By using our shipping services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

SHIPPING SERVICE:

We provide international shipping via our trusted partners, Courier Guy and DHL Express, to various destinations around the world. Depending on the weight, destination, and service level, your shipment may be handled by one or both of these carriers.

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

  • DHL Express: Fast, reliable international shipping with delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • Economy Services: Longer delivery times, but more affordable for non-urgent shipments.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping costs vary based on the following factors:

  • Weight and Dimensions of the package
  • Destination country and distance
  • Service type (Express vs. Economy)

Charges are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater). Volumetric weight is calculated as:

  • Volumetric Weight = (Length x Width x Height) ÷ 5000

Note: Additional surcharges may apply, such as fuel surcharges, remote area delivery fees, and customs handling charges.

You will receive a quote at checkout, which includes all estimated costs.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME:All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME:

We offer the following estimated delivery times:

  • DHL Express: Typically 3–7 business days + 10-14 for production, depending on the destination.
  • Economy Services: Delivery times range from 7–14 business days + 10-14 for production depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and may incur import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will vary depending on the destination country. The recipient is advised to check their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Important Note: We are not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or seizure of goods by customs authorities.

PROHIBITED GOODS:

Certain items are prohibited from being shipped internationally, including but not limited to:

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
  • Dangerous or flammable goods
  • Perishable food or plant matter
  • Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments

PACKAGING:

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that parcels are appropriately packed for international shipment. Poor packaging may result in damage or loss, and claims for such damages will not be processed.

We recommend that you:

  • Use sturdy packaging material
  • Securely seal all boxes
  • Provide clear labeling with the recipient’s full name, address, and phone number

INSURANCE:

For shipments valued above R1,000, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Insurance protects your shipment against loss or damage during transit.

  • Basic liability coverage is included in the shipping cost, but it is limited.
  • Insurance can be purchased during checkout for higher value shipments.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS & DAMAGES:

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the delivery or expected delivery date.

To process a claim, the following is required:

  • Tracking number
  • Proof of damage or loss
  • Proof of value (receipt or invoice)
  • Photos of damaged goods (if applicable)

Claims are subject to approval and may take up to 21 business days for resolution. If the claim is denied, the sender is responsible for any loss.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We do not accept returns for international shipments unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds for lost or damaged parcels are processed through our claims process and subject to carrier policies.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

As the sender, you are responsible for:

  • Accurate shipping information: This includes providing the correct recipient details (name, address, contact number).
  • Prohibited items: You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you are shipping comply with international shipping laws and regulations.
  • Customs charges: Any import taxes, duties, or fees levied by the destination country will be borne by the recipient.

CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
