A story about being a little high, and a little low. Or whatever Queen said.

Let's be transparent and brutal, let's make things real awkward and uncomfortable. An almost-too-honest kind of transparent. Let's talk about the elephant in the review section. Yes. We saw the one-star reviews, and no we didn't bother to respond. To any of them. And we felt it. Not because they were wrong (they weren't), but because, well… we were having a bit of a moment. You know that Queen lyric? “Easy come, easy go, little high, little low…” That was basically our entire business and customer service department for longer than three months. Orders got delayed. Emails got missed (ignored). One guy got sent the wrong size twice. And while we wish we could only blame a cyberattack, a logistics glitch, or Mercury being in retrograde, the truth is… our founder was crying into a bag of frozen peas while navigating a brutal breakup, having a mental breakdown, and a mild-to-moderate existential spiral. Simultaneously. Was it professional? No. Was it human? Unfortunately, painfully. Did our customers deserve better? Absolutely. So here's what we did: We fixed what we could, and overhauled everything—staffing, shipping, support, systems. Therapy was attended. Caffeine was consumed. Pride was swallowed. And every bad review became our unofficial training manual. We're not perfect. Somehow we always manage to get back up, once we've been knocked down. We've clawed our way back from rock bottom with better inventory management and emotional resilience (debatable). We now triple-check your order before it ships, and we respond to emails with less crying and more clarity. So if you're wondering, “Can I trust them now?” the answer is yes, give us a go. We've been humbled, hardened, and slightly haunted by your feedback. But thank you for it. We may not always hit the high notes, but we sure as hell won't leave you stuck in the low ones again. Easy come, easy go.
